Tom Reynolds
Managing Member
Mr. Reynolds has 38 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Land Development and Senior Housing Development. He has served as the CFO of a publically traded company and the CEO of a large master-planned community on South Hill in Puyallup, WA. Over the past 20 years, Tom has been involved in the development and construction of over 20 senior housing communities in the Western United States with a national senior housing operator. New project development requires market identification, property entitlement, oversight of design permitting and construction of each facility and coordination of all debt and equity for each project. Coordination of project design with the operator is critical in the design of each facility to meet the exact standards required for day to day operations.

Shawn Reynolds
Director of Development
Shawn possesses a unique and valuable combination of experience that hands-on management and administration of assisted living communities in the Northwest has provided. A graduate of the University of Washington, Shawn brings oversight to Morningside Development Group's mission to attract highly skilled team members to develop unique and profitable communities. Shawn drives Morningside's project acquisition and feasibility, and identifies management teams to affect strong, positive working models for financial independence and highest return to investors. Shawn's family group has been involved in the business of senior housing development for over twenty years.

Denis Bryant
CEO/President of Living Care
Denis is founder and president of Living Care. Living Care is a successor company that was originally formed in 1988 to form joint ventures with hospitals for the ownership and operation of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Centers. In 1996, the company re-branded and began forming joint ventures with hospitals for the purpose of developing and operating Senior Housing Facilities.

Bob Hill
CEO LCG Pence Construction, Inc.
Armed with a degree in business management from Cornell University, Bob launched his career in accounting. After several years in that role with international businesses, he brought this broad knowledge of financing to LCG Pence Construction in 1993. With additional education in accounting, real estate and property management, Bob broadened his role to provide overall leadership and strategic planning for the company with a focus on client satisfaction and operational efficiencies.

David T. Runyan, LUTCF, CRP, RMA, RFC, CMP
American United, Inc.
Mr. Runyan is currently President and CEO of American United, Inc. He has placed Morningside together with a California Investment Banking Firm for the purpose of raising both debt and equity capital for the acqusition and development of Senior Living facilities both existing and newly constructed. Mr. Runyan will serve as head of Investor Relations for Morningside and participate with Morningside in its ownership for all properties acquired through this relationship.

Fred W. Bovenkamp
FW Bovenkamp Ventures
Fred brings a wealth of experience in building materials, construction and real estate development to the Morningside team. He has spent the past 20 years buying, visioning, developing and selling nearly 300 properties and creating and entitling 20 communities with nearly 1,700 dwelling units and 200,000 square feet of retail and commercial space. Fred is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Washington.
